# FitStreak

> FitStreak is an iPhone workout app with short daily routines (most about 5 minutes), including seated chair workouts, for beginners and older adults, with a streak and a companion, such as Foxfire the fox, that grows with every workout. Free to start, no equipment needed.

Your companion (Foxfire the fox is one of 8) sends your reminders in its own voice when your streak is at risk.

- Platform: iPhone, iOS 15.1 or later. Not on Android.
- Languages (9): English, Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Chinese. This site is in the same 9 languages (English at the root, the others under /es/, /fr/, /de/, /pt/, /hi/, /ja/, /ko/, /zh/).
- Companions: 8 (Sprout, Foxfire, Wolf, Tiger, Bear, Eagle, Dragon, Mythic). Onboarding matches you with one of the first six. Each grows through 5 stages with your lifetime workout count (3, 15, 40 and 100 workouts).
- Workouts: 70 guided workouts, 22 free. 10 are low impact (seated or chair-supported), 6 of those free.
- Reminders are written in your companion's voice, for example: "Foxfire is here when you’re ready. A short session today keeps your 12-day streak going, if it fits."
- US prices: Weekly $6.99, Monthly $9.99, Yearly $24.99, Lifetime $79.99. Streak Restore $0.99.
- Premium adds all 70 workouts, a weekly streak freeze and planned days off, every seasonal companion outfit (free accounts can earn them during events), and up to 60 AI workouts or programs and 120 food scans a month. Free accounts get 3 AI workouts and 3 food scans to try.
- Also: Apple Watch app and complication (streak and weekly progress), Apple Health (saves workouts, imports workouts), home screen widget, friends and weekly leaderboard, food log with barcode scanning.
