FitStreak - Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. Who we are and agreeing to these terms

FitStreak is made by an independent developer, shown as the seller on the FitStreak page of the App Store ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. By downloading or using FitStreak you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Our Privacy Policy explains what data the app collects and how we use it.

2. Who can use FitStreak

You must be at least 13 years old to use FitStreak. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, please use FitStreak only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for you.

3. What FitStreak is

FitStreak is a fitness habit app: guided workouts, streaks, a companion that grows as you train, XP, achievements, challenges and leaderboards, plus optional tools such as AI workout generation, food logging with photo and barcode estimates, and connections to Apple Health and Strava. Some features need an account or Premium. Features can change over time.

4. Health and safety

FitStreak is not a medical device and does not give medical, physiotherapy or nutrition advice. It does not replace a doctor or other qualified professional, and it cannot know your health.

Check with a doctor before you start, or before you make your training harder, if any of these apply to you:

Stop straight away if you feel pain, chest pain or pressure, severe shortness of breath, dizziness or faintness, or an irregular heartbeat. If it does not pass quickly, get medical help. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Choose exercises that suit you and train in a safe space. If an exercise uses a chair, wall or other furniture, make sure it is sturdy and will not slide. The movement limits setting helps filter exercises, but it cannot guarantee that every exercise is right for your body. Skip anything that does not feel right.

Streaks are there to encourage you, not to push you through pain or illness. Rest when you need to; rest days and streak protection exist for that.

Calorie, nutrition and intensity numbers are estimates and can be wrong. The food and calorie features are not designed to manage a medical condition or an eating disorder. If you are struggling with eating, weight or body image, please talk to a doctor or a local eating disorder support service.

5. AI features

AI workouts, programs and food photo estimates are generated by a third-party AI model (Google Gemini) from what you enter. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for you. Check every exercise and number yourself before relying on it, and skip anything that does not suit you. AI output is not medical or nutrition advice. Please do not enter information about health conditions or other sensitive details in AI requests.

AI features have monthly limits, which the app shows. Limits can change.

6. Your account and your data

You can use FitStreak without an account. Your data then stays on your device only, and it is lost if you delete the app or lose the device. If you sign in, your data is also synced to our servers so you can use it on other devices. Keep your device and account secure.

You can delete your account at any time in Profile. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription: cancel it in your Apple Account settings.

7. Premium, free trials and purchases

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store, are charged to your Apple Account, and are also subject to Apple's terms. Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy.

Nothing in this section takes away rights you have under consumer law, including any right to cancel or get a remedy where a purchase is faulty.

8. FitCoins, XP, shields and other in-app items

FitCoins, XP, levels, achievements, freezes, shields, frames and other in-app items are part of the game. Apart from a Streak Shield you buy (section 7), they are earned in the app, not bought with money. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred to another account. We may correct balances that are wrong because of a bug, or that were gained by cheating, and we may change what in-app items do or cost. If something you paid for does not arrive, contact us and we will put it right.

Invites: when a new account redeems your invite code, you and your friend may each get an in-app reward such as a Streak Shield. A code can be redeemed only by an account created in the last 14 days, and an account earns rewards for at most 10 redeemed invites in any 30 days. Rewards are in-app items under this section. We may withhold or remove rewards gained by abusing invites, such as redeeming your own code from accounts you made for that purpose.

9. Community features and acceptable use

If you turn on Public Profile, your display name is shown to other people, including people who are not signed in. Don't use a name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, or that pretends to be someone else, including FitStreak or Apple. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour: we may hide or reset a name that breaks this rule, and remove an account that keeps breaking it. You can report a name, or block a person, from their row on the leaderboard, in the league, in search or in your friends list. We review reports within 24 hours.

When you use FitStreak, please do not:

We may remove leaderboard entries or rewards gained this way.

10. Third-party services

FitStreak works with services run by other companies, including Apple (the App Store, Sign in with Apple, Apple Health and Apple Watch), Strava, Google (Gemini and Firebase) and Open Food Facts. When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies also apply, and we are not responsible for how they work. FitStreak is not made, sponsored or endorsed by any of these companies. Apple, Apple Watch and Apple Health are trademarks of Apple Inc. Strava is a trademark of Strava, Inc. Product data from Open Food Facts is available under the Open Database License.

11. Our content and your content

FitStreak, including its design, text, workouts and companion characters, belongs to us or to the people who licensed it to us. Some content, such as artwork, data and open-source software, is used under licenses listed under Credits and licenses in Profile. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use FitStreak on Apple devices you own or control, as Apple's usage rules allow. Please do not copy, modify, sell or redistribute the app or its content.

You keep the rights to what you create, such as your display name and your custom workouts. You let us store and process it as needed to run FitStreak, for example to sync it or to show your public name on the leaderboard if you turn that on.

12. Changes to FitStreak and ending your use

We keep improving FitStreak, so features can change, and we may stop offering a feature or the app. If we plan to remove a paid feature you are still paying for, we will tell you in the app in advance where we reasonably can.

You can stop using FitStreak at any time and delete your account in Profile. We may suspend features for, or close, an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after a warning where that is reasonable. If you think we got it wrong, contact us.

13. Our responsibility to you

We work to keep FitStreak accurate and running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we do not promise any particular fitness, weight or health result. Exercise carries some risk of injury, and you choose which exercises you do and how hard you train.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for FitStreak in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

14. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for FitStreak or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If FitStreak fails to meet a warranty that applies by law, you may tell Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) of the app; to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claims about FitStreak, including product liability claims, claims that it does not meet a legal or regulatory requirement, consumer protection claims, and claims that FitStreak or your use of it infringes someone else's intellectual property. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

15. Disputes and the law that applies

If something goes wrong, please contact us first; most problems can be fixed quickly. These terms are governed by the law of the country where we are established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when FitStreak changes or the law does. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect, unless it has to take effect sooner for legal or safety reasons. If you do not agree to the new terms, you can stop using FitStreak and cancel any subscription. If you keep using FitStreak after the change takes effect, the new terms apply.
