Meet the gym pet that texts you about your streak
FitStreak is an iPhone workout app with 5-minute daily routines, including seated chair workouts, for beginners and older adults, with a streak and a fox companion that grows as you train. It is for people who have started and stopped before. Your companion grows with every workout, notices when you skip, and turns five minutes a day into a habit you keep.

It sounds like this
Reminders come from your companion, in its own voice. These are real lines from the app.
Miss a day and your companion doesn't scold you: "Sprout says a streak can start again whenever you feel ready."
How it works
- Answer a few questions and meet the companion that matches you.
- Do a short workout today, at home, at your desk or at the gym.
- Keep your streak and watch your companion grow through 5 stages.
Made for real beginners
- Five minutes counts. Workouts start at 5 minutes and every one counts toward your streak.
- Nothing jumps, if you'd rather not. 10 low-impact routines are done seated or holding a chair. 6 of them are free.
- Tell it what to avoid. Flag movements like jumping or getting down on the floor, and workouts pushed at you leave them out.
- Rest without losing it. Turn on Rest Days, so a day off after a good week doesn't cost you the streak.
