FitStreak or Finch?
Both apps give you a small creature that grows when you look after yourself. They are built for different jobs, and the right one depends on what you want to change.
The short version: Finch is a self-care pet for your whole day: journaling, mood, breathing and small goals. FitStreak is a gym pet for one habit: working out a little, often.
What each app says it is
- Finch: "a self-care pet app that helps you feel prepared and positive, one day at a time. Take care of your pet by taking care of yourself!"
- FitStreak: a companion that grows with every workout, messages you when your streak is at risk, and turns a short daily workout into a habit you keep.

Choose Finch if
- You want help with mood, journaling or anxiety as much as with movement.
- You use Android, or you want a pet app with hundreds of thousands of ratings behind it.
Choose FitStreak if
- The habit you keep losing is exercise, and you want the workouts inside the app.
- You're starting from zero, or you'd rather work out seated or holding a chair.
- You want a pet that notices when you skip, and tells you so in its own voice.
Plenty of people use both: Finch for the day, FitStreak for the few minutes of movement in it.
